Shipping/Handling Policy:

The Fire Shop will use either UPS, DHL, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail as appropriate to fit the item being shipped. We can ship internationally but payment must clear prior to shipping including all credit cards and buyer will pay all shipping costs. The Fire Shop does not add handling charges and ships items the most cost effective way possible. We strongly recommend shipping insurance for items but if the buyer choses not to purchase insurance, The Fire Shop will not be responsible for lost shipments when The Fire Shop can produce proof of shipment.

Privacy Policy:

The Fire Shop respects our customer's privacy. Information supplied by our customers is used only for shipping and payment purposes and to help us better our website. The Fire Shop will not share or sell any information provided by customers beyond that required to complete the transaction.

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with products we supply. Many of the products we sell are warrantied by the manufacturer and repairs or replacements should be handled through them where warranties exist. The Fire Shop is not a manufacturer of any products, however, we will gladly act on your behalf with our suppliers to solve any problems with products not covered under warranty.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all products ordered in error. These items musted be returned in new condition and in working order. The Fire Shop must be contacted and agree in advance to all returns. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Depending upon the item, if exchanges are being requested, the customer will also be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange item.

Items which may not be returned are as follows: Worn clothing; Items exposed to bloodborne pathogens; Items damaged by shippers; Items that are under manufacturer warranty.
